Requirements

  • Excellent written/verbal communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask while prioritizing, organizing, and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and installation practices and general knowledge of plumbing industry trends and regulations is preferred. Not required.

  • Must be able to navigate the company tablet and service software.
  • Must wear a clean company uniform.
  • Journeyman license preferred.
  • Must be able to train and follow company best practices.
  • There will be a 90-day probationary period then a 1 on 1 review shortly after.

Responsibilities:

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Ensure proper system operation by performing start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Follow industry safety standards and company policies to ensure job site safety
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure quality service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operations & maintenance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
  • EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
